  • Vasyl Mykolayovych has many years of professional experience in the field of criminal and administrative litigation. He has been practicing law since 1998. He has extensive practical experience working in the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office, which provides him with a deep understanding of the mechanisms of pre-trial investigation, prosecution, and the judicial process.

     

    He has been practicing law independently since 2016. He specializes in defense in criminal proceedings and administrative cases, developing legal strategies that take into account procedural risks and judicial precedent.
