Customer service is a service that is often asked about but rarely fully understood. We decided to answer all the questions at once - including the uncomfortable ones that usually go unanswered.
Q: How does subscriber service differ from regular consultation?
In a one-time consultation, the lawyer doesn’t know your situation. Each time you start from scratch — explaining the context, providing documents, waiting for an analysis. It takes time and costs more than it seems.
With subscription service, your lawyer already knows you, your company, your contracts, and your legal situation. Questions are answered. No unnecessary introduction to the course of the case.
In addition, the subscriber receives priority: your request is processed first, not in the order of the queue.
Q: What exactly is included in the subscription service?
It depends on the plan - we form it individually. But the basic set for most clients includes: unlimited oral consultations on current issues, checking contracts before signing, preparing standard legal documents and letters, interacting with government agencies on behalf of the client, legal monitoring of changes in legislation that affect the client, and priority connection to complex cases.
Legal representation can be included separately or provided at a discounted rate for subscribers.
Q: For whom does this even make sense - for businesses or for the average person too?
For both, but with different logic.
For businesses, this is effectively a function of the legal department without the cost of a staff unit. Contracts, orders, interaction with regulatory authorities, labor issues - all this arises daily. Subscription service gives access to a team of specialists for a fixed amount, which is many times less than the salary of one lawyer.
For an individual, it means peace of mind. Questions about real estate, inheritance, labor relations, mobilization, and social benefits arise regularly. Instead of looking for a lawyer every time and explaining everything from the beginning, you call yours.
Q: How much does it cost? Is it cost-effective compared to one-time consultations?
The cost depends on the volume and format - we discuss this individually after the first consultation.
But compare for yourself: if during a month you have two or three legal issues, each of which requires a separate consultation, one-time payments, as a rule, exceed the subscription fee. And if a difficult situation arises, the subscriber receives priority and preferential terms of engagement, rather than the general queue.
Q: What happens if the month is calm and there are almost no questions?
Nothing burns or disappears. You just had a peaceful month — and that's also valuable.
In addition, even in a "quiet" month, we monitor changes in legislation that apply to your situation and warn you about risks that you have not yet noticed. Prevention is always cheaper than cure.
Q: We are a small company, five people. Is subscription service right for us?
Especially you. Small businesses benefit the most from subscription services - because it is in small companies that legal issues are resolved "on the fly" and often incorrectly.
A contract with a new client is signed without verification. An employee is fired in violation of the procedure. A tax audit catches you by surprise. Each of these situations costs more than a year of subscriber service.
Q: We already have a full-time lawyer. Why do we need additional subscription services?
A full-time lawyer is a generalist. He knows your company well, but does not always have deep specialization in all areas: criminal proceedings against a director, an anti-corruption audit, a complex commercial dispute in the Supreme Court are separate practices.
We work as an external legal partner: we connect where narrow expertise is needed, and we don't compete with your lawyer - we reinforce him.
Q: How do I get started? What is the first step?
Just call or leave a request. During the first free consultation, we will clarify your needs, the scope of legal issues and offer a plan that is right for you.
No obligations. No standard packages. Only what you really need.
Want to know which format is right for you?
The first 30-minute consultation is free.
